Los Bandidos embraces 2019 with a very Special New Year’s Eve Menu

A year flies by. Especially when you are constantly working at a brisk pace. Looking back, Los Bandidos Restaurant can be proud of completing another year in Puerto Banús as frontrunners in popularity, both in ​​Marbella and the surrounding area as well as outside of Spain. The large number of reservations made during the year, not only by telephone, but also in person, in addition to the email enquiries and reservations for large groups, have produced excellent results.

For this reason, on December 31st, like every year, a party will be hosted at Los Bandidos Restaurant. Guests, clients and friends, as well as the staff, will get dressed up to bring in the new year.

The menu that has been prepared is traditional of Los Bandidos and faithful to its classic, elegant philosophy. The menu consists of several parts. To begin, we will whet our appetite with a delicious champagne cocktail… Next, we will savour Las Delicias de Los Bandidos: Homemade Terrine of Duck Foie Gras with Port Wine Sauce; Smoked Norwegian Salmon with Horseradish Crème Fraîche, Capers and Red Onion; “Skagen” Norwegian Prawns with Dill and Löjrom (golden caviar) on toast…

If ordering fish, we will opt for the Rock Lobster in its Tarragon-flavoured Beurre Blanc Sauce, with fresh vegetable tagliolinis. Followed by an Exotic Sorbet

For meat-lovers, the menu features a Fillet of Veal stuffed with Bavarian Cheese, served with a medallion of fresh Foie-Gras. The dessert consists of Crème Brûlée with Fresh Berries…

The wines, which of course must not be overlooked: a white Albariño Lagar de Cervera, a red Ribera del Duero “Bagús”. To bring in 2019 with champagne, a Pol Roger Reserva

Of course, after the clock strikes midnight, accompanied by our lucky grapes, the restaurant will host a party where all the guests can dance, have fun with their surprise party bag and start the new year in the best possible way…
