Menu starts with Champagne cocktail, followed by classics Los Bandidos delights: home made terrine of Duck Foie Gras with port wine sauce, Smoked salmon with horseradish cream fraiche, capers and red onion. “Skagen prawns” with “löjrom” the golden caviar. Rock lobster vegetable tagliolinis and tarragon flavoured beurre blanc.
Then comes the time for the exotic sherbet. Fillet of Veal stuffed with Bavarian Cheese and medallion of fresh Foie-Gras. Classic Créme Brûlèe with fresh berries.
